Established in 2013 from our base in Penarth, South Wales, Evans Entwistle has grown through a series of strategic acquisitions across South Wales and the South West.

We acquired SBMC Business Management, a well-established Bristol-based practice, in 2018, followed by 121 Accountancy in 2021, which led to the creation of our Newport office.

In 2023, we expanded our South West presence with the acquisition of Blenheim Accounting in Bradley Stoke, before moving back into Bristol in 2026 through the acquisition of Henry & Banwell, a long-established and highly reputable Clifton-based practice.

Our ambition is to continue this growth and become one of the largest independent accountancy firms in South Wales and the South West.
